Hockey requires speed, power, agility, and strength to perform at the highest level on the ice. As well as conditioning to make sure the athlete can make it through all three periods and a full season.

In our program we will test each athlete’s:

  • Vertical and Broad Jumps (Power)

  • 20 yd Sprint (Speed)

  • 5-10-5 (Agility)

  • 300 yd Shuttle (Conditioning)

We will then design a personalized workout plan to improve areas of weakness as well as build strength. Each session also will incorporate mobility and flexibility training to help prevent injuries.
