Below we take you step by step through each test we performed at your screening. The first video will take you through what we focus on during each exercise.

The following videos are corrective exercises. If you scored a 2 or 3 on any of the tests from the movement screening, this means that you have a muscle imbalance that could cause discomfort or injury. Performing the corrective exercises will strengthen any weaknesses.

TEST 2: nordboard

 

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES:

Nordic Eccentric: 3x6

Single Leg Hip Bridge: 3x12ea

Slider Hamstring Curl: 3x15

Full Nordic: 3x6


TEST 3: fms squat

 

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES:

FMS SQUAT: 3X10

Child's pose: 3x1min hold each side

Hip Switches: 3x1min

Ankle Mob's: 3x15ea


TEST 4: hip/core complex

 

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES:

Side Plank Progression: 3x15ea

Band Box Walk: 3x6ea

Clamshells: 3x15ea

Side Plank w/ Leg raise: 3x15ea


TEST 5: JUMPS

 

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES:

JUMP SERIES 3X8

Pogo Hops: 3x12

Squat Jumps: 3x8
